so i've invented a revolutionary new abs workout... it's called coughing.
i've had this horrible cough the last few days and my abs are very sore as a result. so if you want to gain that all impressive 6 pack... here is the trick: start coughing or hang around sick people, but don't get to sick - just enough sick that you only have a cough. then cough all the time. wake up in the middle of the night and cough. take a break from eating supper and cough. it'll take away your appetite AND work out those abs! oh, and don't go to the doctor because of your coughing. they'll make you better - but then you'll lose that 6 pack and be tubby, which is what they want - becuase if you gain weight then you'll be prone to more disease or something, which keeps doctors employed.

and make sure you keep your wife up all nite while coughing- she will be too tired to cook for you.
